Chef Cris grew up cooking with his grandmother in Mexico and developed a love for Southern cuisine after his family moved to Georgia. This is what inspired Chef Cris's love of cooking, and his favorite style is Southern with a Mexican twist. He started his culinary career in 2013 and has worked at Capital Grille, J. Alexanders and Cowford Chophouse. Now at CH13, he wants to showcase his talent, passion for food and grow with the company. The building opened first as the rebuilt First National Bank of Florida. In 1901, a raging fire swept through Downtown Jacksonville and reduced blocks of buildings to ash.

In order to ensure all guests enjoy their dining experience, we request that no balloons are brought into the restaurant. The Rooftop is first-come, first-serve for parties of up to six guests maximum. The Rooftop is a popular destination for private events and does get bought out from time to time. If you are interested in rooftop dining, we recommend calling in advance to inquire about upcoming rooftop closures.

There was a lot of handmade pasta in Los Angeles before Felix opened in Venice back in 2017, but a place fully committed to using just hand tools and rolling pins was fairly novel.
